Your membership provides roadside assistance services only. It does not include Automobile Physical Damage or Automobile Liability Insurance.

5. Can I get reimbursed if I use my own provider?

Yes! If you arrange for your own roadside assistance, you can submit a reimbursement request. However, the maximum reimbursement is $50 per service.


6. How often can I use my roadside assistance benefits?

You are entitled to one covered service every 72 hours. Additional services within this timeframe may not be covered.


7. What if my car needs to be towed further than 10 miles?

If your vehicle requires a tow beyond the 10-mile limit, you will be responsible for any additional mileage costs, which will be quoted at the time of service.
