Service Call Limit
Up to 5 service calls within your contract period.
72-Hour Cooldown
You are entitled to 1 covered service within any 72-hour period.
Non-Dispatched Service
If you use your own provider instead of calling dispatch, reimbursement is limited to $50 maximum.
Additional Tow Mileage
Mileage beyond the included limit is negotiated before dispatch. You pay the provider directly.
Spare Tire Required
Tire service covers changing your flat with YOUR spare tire. You must have a usable spare in the vehicle.
Materials at Your Cost
Fuel, oil, water, and other supplies delivered are at your expense. Only the delivery service is covered.
Coverage Area
All benefits apply throughout the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico.
Non-Transferable
This membership cannot be transferred to another person.
Who's Covered?
Unlike AAA where only the cardholder gets help, FasTrak Roadside covers the vehicle — so anyone legally driving your covered vehicle can call for assistance.

What's NOT Covered
The following situations are excluded from coverage:
- ✕Vehicles operated under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, or drugs
- ✕Driving without a valid operator's permit
- ✕Hit and run — leaving the scene without disclosing identity
- ✕Vehicles operated without owner's permission
- ✕Trucks over one ton, buses, trailers, tractors, or dual-wheel vehicles
- ✕Snow or ice removal from vehicle, driveway, or roadway
- ✕Gas/credit card receipts (not accepted for reimbursement)
- ✕False or fraudulent reimbursement claims
- ✕Vehicle parts, rental batteries, or accessories
- ✕Flat tire repair materials (only tire change with your spare)
- ✕Accidents without a filed Police Traffic Accident Report
- ✕Intentional damage, racing, speed contests, or illegal acts
- ✕War, terrorism, acts of God, or vandalism
Cancellation Policy
Within 30 Days
Full refund of the purchase price. No cancellation fee (California).
After 30 Days
Prorated refund based on remaining days. No cancellation fee or claims deduction (California).
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Administrator.
